What we do

Six services, scoped as one production

Most events end up with a photographer from one company, a stream from another and an edit from a third, all meeting for the first time in the room. We run them together, off a single technical survey and a single run of show.

Credentials

Who is behind it

Cameraboss was founded by John Olalekan Durojaye, a British-Nigerian photographer and creative director working between London, Leicester and Lagos. The corporate arm applies the same production discipline he built across twelve years of high-pressure event work, where there is exactly one take.

How a stream day runs

The run of show, from scope call to delivery

This is a genuine sequence, and each step exists because skipping it is how events go wrong. Timings flex around your venue access, but the order does not change.

T−21 days

Scope and platform call

We agree what the audience actually needs to see, how many camera positions that takes, and which platform the stream lands on. Platform choice drives everything downstream, so it gets settled first, not the week before.
T−7 days

Technical survey

Venue visit or a detailed remote survey: power, internet and who controls it, ceiling height, sightlines, the position of the screens, house sound, and whether the AV supplier will give us a clean audio feed. Most stream failures are decided at this stage.
T−1 day

Rig and cable

Cameras positioned and locked, cable run and taped, comms tested, graphics loaded, and a private test stream sent to a link only your team can see. Where the venue only opens on the day, this moves to an early call.
08:00

Setup and full rehearsal

A real rehearsal with the actual presenters where possible, including the awkward parts: the video that has to roll, the remote speaker dialling in, the handover between sessions.
Doors

Live programme

One operator on vision, one on audio and stream health, and a named person watching the platform side for chat and Q and A. Somebody is watching the outgoing picture at all times.
Close

Recording secured

Recordings copied to two separate drives before anything is packed down. The selects gallery is handed over on the night when that has been agreed in the brief.
After

Delivery

Full photo gallery, session recordings, the highlight film and the social cuts, on the timeline agreed in the scope call rather than whenever the edit finishes.

Film

Watch the work

Highlight films, session recordings, interviews and vertical social cuts. Every event we cover produces all four, planned together rather than bolted on afterwards.

Next step

Tell us the date and the room

Send the date, the venue and roughly how many people are in the room. We will come back with whether we are free, what the right crew size is for that programme, and a written quote you can put in front of finance.
